The staff's lack of engagement was a little disappointing. I stood at reception for about ten minutes (quite a while!) while the staff at the bar seemed unconcerned. The receptionist gave me the key with no directions and no welcome. I know it was busy, but it left me feeling unwelcome, poor reception

My room faced the end of the runway. I could hear planes taking off until after 11 PM and starting again before 6 AM. The dinner buffet was expensive. It cost 355NKr and was not great for vegetarians.
