I found a couple of issues. The room was quite small, given the price. There was only one chair in a double room. I found that unacceptable. there was no soap in the shower, a basic amenity I expect.

the restaurant selection was very limited for dinner. i had to reorder at the reception, but that didn't really work out. i had barely returned to my table when they called to say my food was ready, but it was the wrong order!!! the whole experience was just a letdown.

the hotel's location was very convenient, right next to the airport.
The room felt quite basic. It lacked even simple amenities like a kettle. breakfast also disappointed. The cooked options were cold and the fried eggs were almost raw. i had to settle for a bad sandwich after 10 pm because the restaurant was already closed

the hotel location is very near the airport. i had a smooth check in when i arrived late. my room was clean and quiet, so i did sleep well.
i noticed weak coffee options, only black coffee was available.

I found the self check-in process easy to use. The quiet rooms were a plus and I slept well. The hotel's proximity to the Bergen light rail stop was convenient, and I liked that it was an easy walk.
