the location was acceptable because of the short distance from terminal 3 via a covered walkway.

The minibar fridge was problematic. I could not put anything inside because of individual sensors on each shelf. soda bottles were present, but there was no bottle opener provided in the room. this was inconvenient.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the coffee machine and green tea in the room. The bathroom was also good with quality toiletries. The shower had hot water and ideal water pressure.

The check-in process took more than 30 minutes. I experienced a long queue with only 2 counters open. I thought the system was also slow. The vegetarian food options in the restaurant were very limited.

the location was acceptable being a short walk from the terminal.

The air conditioning made a racket all night. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. also, the check-in was terribly slow, and the receptionist didn't communicate what caused the delay. I wasted so much time there.
