the staff was lovely. they seemed to be great at their job. the location was also good for me. it had a view from my room.
the room was very dated. the wallpapers looked like they could fall soon. the bedding felt old, but it was clean. there wasn't hand wash basin in the toilet.

Peter was very friendly and helpful. He got me more pillows when I needed them without any hesitation. There was also plenty of coffee, tea, milk, and sugar provided!
The shower wasn't very clean. There was dust and hairs in the shower tray when I went to use it. The pool table cloth was also ripped and unusable.
