lovely stay in a amazing location hotel
convenient locationfree shuttlehelpful staff
I found the location to be convenient (i needed to be close to the olympic station, anyway). i also enjoyed the free shuttle service. It saved me a lot of time and effort. the staff were friendly and always ready to help.
The bathroom was a bit small. The shower area felt a little cramped.

The front office staff were accommodating. They arranged an early check-in and provided umbrellas during rainy days, which helped to make sure my travel plans were not affected and that i was comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently near the olympic mtr station and airport express, also a mcdonald's is right in front. It provided quick access to transportation and easy access to conveniences like coffee.

the location was close to several restaurants and shops. it was pretty convenient.
The room was disappointingly small. It felt cramped. the air conditioning was quite noisy. It made sleeping difficult.

the location is great, a quick walk gets me to shops and the metro. i used the hotel shuttle (it was free!). my room was cozy, and i could easily request extra pillows. the staff were friendly and helpful.
the walk to the mongkok station took longer than i expected.

the hotel is near a park and shop (very convenient!). i found many restaurants nearby. there's a shuttle bus available, so getting to mtr stations is easy.
