Really good Stay
helpful gesture convenient location friendly staff
Joseph at reception was helpful. He proactively offered a late checkout. This thoughtful gesture greatly improved my experience. The location is convenient. It is near shopping and dining. The executive lounge staff was very friendly.
I found that the hotel could use some general modernisation. It felt a little dated.

My Beautiful King Room City View included a king-sized bed , a work desk , and a seating area . It provided adequate space and essential amenities for a comfortable stay , and the bathroom had a rainfall shower.

warm welcome seamless check-in multilingual team
The location is advantageous, near Victoria Park. The team at the executive level, floor 26, provided a warm welcome. Check-in and check-out were seamless , and the breakfast and happy hour were excellent. I especially appreciate the multilingual team's skills in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai, and Korean.
The minibar was empty , and bottled water was not provided in the room.

The gym has modern equipment , suitable for a complete workout. The executive lounge on the 26th floor provides comfortable seating and city views. A rooftop bar gives a relaxing setting.

Staff members such as June , Sandy , Kitty , Floriance , Neo , Julia , Karan , Julius , Michelle , Choice , Joey , Jack , Samson , David and Grace are attentive. They accommodated my request for a room upgrade and early breakfast. Check-in and check-out were efficient.
