Really good Service and Great Food

fresh quality attentive service

The restaurant service impressed me. The food quality tasted fresh. Staff members like Gary, Fai, Becky, and Joey consistently offered warm, attentive, and professional service. They remembered my preferences and anticipated needs, made every meal cute (I felt very cared for). The dining experience was always a highlight of my stay, and I am grateful.

The air conditioning in my room did not function well, and it. I also noticed that the ventilation ducts in the hotel corridors were visibly covered with dust. It concerned me, as it kept falling.

musty smell mold issue

The size of the bed was great (it really was!) and the staff members were very attentive.

The hotel seems dated. I noticed some musty smells. Mold in the bathrooms is not ideal. The lifts require two changes to reach the lobby, just inconvenient.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I enjoyed several aspects of my stay. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the skyline. The room had a tap with filtered water, so I didn't need to buy bottled water. The hotel provided an adapter and USB charger in the room. The staff members were very friendly and helpful .

The breakfast food at night could have been a little more diverse.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. A large window let in plenty of natural light and gave a pleasant view of the surrounding area. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

Staff members were quick to address any questions I had. The concierge on the 12th floor was helpful (I appreciated their detailed information). Check-in was efficient. I was also able to arrange a late check-out.

The breakfast buffet offered many options, including selections for various nationalities. I especially liked the vegetarian choices that were clearly marked. The Crown Lounge has a morning breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hors d'oeuvres.

The hotel provides a fitness room with treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop pool area features many loungers. (I spent a good deal of time there.) The Crown Club offered a meeting room for business.
