the rooms were a good size for what i paid so i guess that's something

the wi-fi was completely unusable which was just fantastic since i needed to do some work. the provided ethernet cable also didn't work i mean come on. i had to complain the next day before they put some routerbox at the end of the cable to make it work it was annoying

The rooms were clean and a good size for a short stay. The free bus shuttle to key areas (i. e. HK Kowloon West and TST) proved very useful. I appreciated the proximity to the Kai Tak Stadium. Housekeeping did an really good job maintaining the room daily.

The gym has limited equipment. It has only a couple of treadmills and a few dumbbells. These are positioned outside in the heat.

The front desk operates 24 hours and staff members are knowledgeable. Check-in was quick. express check-out is available for those in a hurry (which is helpful). The reception and housekeeping staff were courteous.

The hotel restaurant is on-site and offers excellent food choices. The onsite restaurant fulfilled my needs. Breakfast costs 100 dollars in HK, and the restaurant is equally expensive.

The hotel is close to bus stops. Reaching the hotel from the airport by bus was EASY. The reception and housekeeping staff are courteous. They clean rooms immaculately every day. Wi-Fi works at high speed. The room and bathroom are spacious.

The beds are hard. It was not comfortable. It was difficult to sleep.

the location was convenient for getting to the stadium. i appreciated various dining options and a handy 7-eleven was only a short walk away. getting drinks there was definitely cheaper.

the hotel did not supply complimentary drinking water in the room.

great bedding soft comforter

the location proves quite handy as it is near many restaurant options. the bedding and the comforter feel soft, i will say. sadly, the mattress feel really hard to sleep on. despite this, i still rate it highly overall.

i talked to the hotel 3 days before and it was not possible to get a refund. i would be happy with a partial refund.

The room comes with a nice kitchenette, yet kitchen utensils are extra. the mattress has a firm feel. It is not soft at all. the room had a good environment and temperature, nice.

The hotel is near a new mtr station. I used it to look at the exhibition inside. the hotel sits conveniently between kai tak and kowloon city. several bus stops are near, great for seeing tourist sites.
