i secured an upgrade through bidding and the hotel kindly waived the fee entirely! this resulted in access to their executive club facilities . the premier lounge staff were excellent! they were well-presented, friendly, and always ready to help with requests.

The bar experience was a little disappointing as i couldn't use my drink voucher after last orders. Even a soft drink to take to the room wasn't possible.

The breakfast buffet features a wide variety, and the omelette bar is a nice touch. i had a great dinner at pepino. Alexis gave excellent recommendations for sightseeing and the beef was delicious!

the hallways felt old. the rooms need to be updated. our mirror had not been cleaned upon arrival. i noticed writing on it from prior guests after the shower fogged it up.

mr. paul chan at the concierge was very helpful. he gave excellent advice in both english and spanish. the location of the hotel was great, and the rooms were comfortable. the staff was friendly and cute, especially the concierge supervisor.

the initial room had a damp carpet. i asked to move twice.
