nice swimming pool helpful staff long queue closed restaurants

The swimming pool was really nice. My family loved it! The restaurants we tried were just wow. The reception staff is helpful.

I waited a long time for check in. I did not like that, restaurants were closed late. I was upset by this.

Fantastic Hotel Experience!

really good service smooth experience

Sam 85905 provided really good service! He made luggage drop-off and airport shuttle arrangements seamless. The staff were really good too ensure a smooth experience for all guests. Antony at reception was also very kind and arranged an early check-in for me.

The playground access required an additional fee, even for hotel guests. It felt inconvenient, especially since I chose this hotel for its family-friendly amenities. This surprised me.

The room was spacious and clean. It included a king-size bed with soft bedding and fresh linens. The bathroom included a rainfall shower and a separate vanity area, useful.
