the location is very convenient (with transport stops very close). walkable distance to restaurants is definitely a plus. the staff were friendly and helpful, which i appreciated.

the all-in-one body wash was the only option for shampoo and conditioner.

there is a starbucks coffee shop located inside the hotel . the breakfast quality offered enough variety with both asian and western options. i thought that was great (especially the congee!).

the hotel is close to public transportation. the subway is about 10-15 minutes walking from the hotel. it's easy to reach from central station by taxi, approximately a 10 minute ride.

fantastic harbour view room!

early room helpful staff water dispenser

Check-in was super quick, and i got my room early, amazing after my long flight! the staff were so helpful. i really loved the view from my room, especially waking up to it. there's also a water dispenser on the 5th floor. That was very useful.

The bellmen seemed pretty useless. They mostly just stood around.

easy transport city view friendly staff

The tram stop outside made transport very easy. I appreciated the city view from my room. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had a wide variety of options. The staff was friendly and helpful , and my room was always clean.

I noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay

strategic location harbour view

The location is strategic, a short walk to many good restaurants. The price point was very good, especially during a busy travel week. I also got an upgrade to a harbour view room and enjoyed it very much. The room and bathroom was very clean.

The gym room requires registration at the front desk for access. I found this process a bit inconvenient. I believe a simpler access system would enhance the guest experience.

the hotel is close to a tramway station and two metro stations are nearby buses are also close. you can see kowloon from the upper rooms

the light switch for the bathroom is inconveniently placed outside the bathroom
