The staff were cute! joyce and sharon at the front desk were especially helpful, i was delighted with the efficient check-in process and their ability to speak both english and mandarin! the free shuttle buses to various train stations were a lifesaver. It made getting around so much easier.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust properly! it was hard to find a comfortable temperature and the room sometimes felt too cold.

The beautiful triple room city view included comfortable beds! crisp linens! and effective blackout curtains. The room's layout was practical, although space for luggage was somewhat limited, the city view was an exciting plus.

The shuttle service proved quite useful, providing transport to various spots. I also liked the water dispensers on each floor. It was a nice touch to refill my bottle. OH MY, they really thought of everything.
The breakfast lacked variety! I stayed several nights and the menu felt repetitive. The bathroom was also quite small. It barely had enough space for toiletries.

helpful staffcramped roommusty smell
the staff were kind, SOMETHING i appreciated.
the room felt cramped for WHAT it cost. the bathroom, especially, needed some serious updating. the shower was TINY and the fixtures looked OLD and worn. there was also a persistent musty smell i could NOT get rid of.
