amazingly convenient!
cute staff efficient check-in free shuttle
The staff were cute! joyce and sharon at the front desk were especially helpful, i was delighted with the efficient check-in process and their ability to speak both english and mandarin! the free shuttle buses to various train stations were a lifesaver. It made getting around so much easier.
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust properly! it was hard to find a comfortable temperature and the room sometimes felt too cold.

The beautiful triple room city view included comfortable beds! crisp linens! and effective blackout curtains. The room's layout was practical, although space for luggage was somewhat limited, the city view was an exciting plus.

The hotel provides complimentary shuttle services to nearby key locations! this service runs frequently throughout the day! and saves considerable time and money. There is also a well-equipped gym with modern machines.

shuttle service water dispensers repetitive menu small bathroom
The shuttle service proved quite useful, providing transport to various spots. I also liked the water dispensers on each floor. It was a nice touch to refill my bottle. OH MY, they really thought of everything.
The breakfast lacked variety! I stayed several nights and the menu felt repetitive. The bathroom was also quite small. It barely had enough space for toiletries.
