the staff was helpful ,and the location was convenient. i was only a short walk to my destination. there were also shops nearby for anything i needed.

i found the beds uncomfortable , feeling every spring. cleanliness was poor, especially the cutlery and cups at breakfast. there was also a stale smell upon entering downstairs.

the breakfast was simple. Toast and cereal, so it was okay. dot is a lovely person (so friendly!).

the staircase up to the rooms is not very well lit. the bathroom wasn't very well lit either, this wasn't helped by black and dark red tiled walls. the bedding looked worn.
