Location Is Prime, but Some Issues

slow elevator malfunctioning room keys

The location of the hotel is definitely a plus, situated ideally for getting around.

The elevators were a real problem. I faced waits of up to 20 minutes just to get to my room. the room keys stopped working frequently. I had to make repeated trips to the reception for a fix.

Solid Stay in Central Location

The room was quite spacious. I appreciated the plentiful supply of towels and toiletries. The staff were really nice and helpful (especially Anthony, who always had a joke ready!), always smiling and eager to assist. The location was convenient for accessing various attractions.

The elevator service was a bit slow. I waited a long time on several occasions.
