the room was cleaned very thoroughly each day. i also got extra towels when i asked! the service people were always around. they were very helpful in any way they could be. i thought the doormen were nice and helpful.
the lighting for getting ready in the bathroom could be a bit better. everything else was perfect!

The location worked well. several restaurants are nearby. the staff was superb. elba provided excellent housekeeping. I am very grateful for it. i liked that the room included shampoo and lotion.
the rooms felt outdated. i found that the windows were not tight. the heating did not function optimally. i felt cold.
