convenient location clean room friendly staff

the location allowed easy access to many shows. the room was very clean with comfortable beds. i found the provided bathroom amenities satisfactory, and the housekeeping staff were friendly. the front desk staff was also helpful during check-in and check-out.

i found the lack of drawer space in the room inconvenient. there was a closet, but no drawers were available for storing clothing. i needed to keep some items in my suitcase .

the room was spacious and well appointed, with a large, bright screen tv. i also found a safe and refrigerator included, features that added to the convenience of my stay, it was very pleasing.

the bar offered a great view from the roof. i found better priced alternatives for meals outside the hotel because there were many restaurants nearby. i did not use the hotel food services.

immediate access rooftop bar room upgrade easy ride

the hotel location offers immediate access to many attractions. the rooftop bar, bar 54, provides excellent views. i upgraded my room, and it was a great treat. the hotel staff helped arrange my ride to the airport with ease.

the breakfast setup involves to-go options with plastic plates, not ideal.

the staff was consistently friendly and courteous. room service delivery was prompt. the staff delivered balloons for my son's birthday, a kind gesture. assistance with transportation arrangements was efficient.

quick access fresh towel random turning limited channel

the location provided quick access to many places. housekeeping provided fresh towels and water daily. the staff kept the air conditioning running, so the room was always cool.

the air conditioner turned on and off randomly. this made sleeping difficult. the hotel only had limited channels available on tv. the tv was barely functional .
