The location proved ideal. I found several dining options nearby. The staff addressed any requests promptly. A mini fridge was available in the room (very convenient).
I noticed some scuff marks on the baseboards in my room, although very minor.

The location is very convenient. It's easy to reach many attractions. i felt safe both inside and outside the premises. the staff members were really kind and helpful .
the bathroom seemed outdated, especially the shower. it had a bath unit, shower head, and curtain. i expected a separate shower unit in a 4-star hotel.

an okay stay.
spacious room convenient location weak shower slow wifi
the room was spacious enough for my needs. the location was also convenient for accessing different parts of the city.
I found the shower pressure to be quite weak. It made showering difficult. also, the in-room wifi was slow. It was hard to stream videos.

I was happy with the room size. It had sufficient space for my luggage. the room was also quiet. the staff were generally friendly and cute, especially at reception. i found the location great for accessing many attractions.
the hotel charges extra for luggage storage! i found this a bit much considering the cost per night, and not having cash on me was quite inconvenient.

lukewarm water decaf coffee
my stay wasn't exactly flawless , despite the hotel's aspirations. the promised 'hot' water? lukewarm at best. i suspect the shower temperature was controlled by a mischievous gremlin. also , the in-room coffee situation bordered on insulting. they only provided decaf on the last day , then gave it to me again when i asked for regular.

friendly staff helpful staff comfortable room outside noise bad smell dirty curtains bathroom basket
the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms are comfortable. i did not hear any outside noise like i have in other hotels.
the shower curtain had a bad smell , it needs replacing or bleaching. the curtains were dirty. the bathroom waste basket should be lined.

this hotel held a beautiful location. i loved closeness to central park. the bar was a good spot for evening drinks. i discovered bag storage available at a small fee.
my room didnt have a minibar. this made it a tiny less convenient for enjoying chilled drinks in comfort.

the front desk staff offered assistance with directions. the concierge provided helpful tips for local attractions. the waiters at murals54 showed attentiveness. i enjoyed the dedicated service provided.
