i had booked the wrong day, yet they offered a full refund! they let me rebook for the correct date. the staff were helpful and friendly, always checking if everything was satisfactory. the family room was spacious. there was a nice bar and a game room too.

the arcade games and pool table had out-of-order signs. this was disappointing since we hoped to use those for entertainment. the bed wasn't very comfortable. the whole hotel felt very hot too, including our rooms.

The hotel features a kids arcade plus an adult game room with arcade games and a pool table. Sadly, some were out of service. It seems like improvements are needed to offer proper entertainment.
