The reception staff was accommodating. They quickly moved me to a more conveniently located room when I requested one. I appreciated the proximity to terminals, shops, public transport, and supermarkets. This made getting around very easy. I also liked having laundry facilities available on site, which allowed me to refresh my clothes after a few days of traveling.
My room had some minor maintenance issues. The door lock was difficult to open. It took me a few tries to get back into the room after wandering the halls
