The elevator situation was quite annoying. i had to share elevators with shoppers. A long wait was common, especially on weekends. i also thought the minibar situation was odd. It was just an empty fridge, not what i expect from a hotel like this.

the elevators were sometimes slow, because the hotel is connected to a shopping mall (i think separate elevators would improve this).

i found the elevator system quite confusing. it is a shared elevator with the mall and caused long wait times. i find it takes a long time to get to the lobby. i also noticed the minibar was empty, this is unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

my room felt comfortably spacious, and housekeeping was good. reception staff and stella, a taxi attendant on the 18th floor, were efficient.

there are many elevator banks, but waiting for an elevator took a while. some elevators serve different areas and the shopping mall connected to the hotel. probably, entrances and elevators should be separate.
