the front desk service was unassuming and friendly. i could check in early after my flight. room 1002 was well-appointed and had pleasing harbour views. i will return on my next trip.
the common areas felt warm and the room layout was weird! it took me a while to get used to the surroundings.

The concierge team was helpful, especially martin, holly, and a gentleman with tinted glasses. They assisted with various requests, and i felt very welcome , especially as a solo traveller.

the hotel provides a shuttle service to the ferry terminal and central. i appreciated the availability of an executive lounge. the fitness center was adequately equipped, and the business center offered useful services for travelers.

breakfast offered good choices, with many options available. the lounge's cocktail hour was very nice. the variety of food and drinks available ensured there was something for everyone, including some local specialties.

i found the front desk service unassuming. checking in after my flight was easy. i liked the harbour views from the room. room 1002 was very nice to me.
the highway next to the hotel caused noise during the day. i expected better soundproofing from marriott. the air conditioning also got too noisy for my liking.

My room had adjustable air conditioning that was a big plus. Breakfast did not disappoint. It offered many choices each morning. The staff helped me find the tram, and , made getting around easy. Concierge services were really useful.
The corridors felt warmer than I preferred.

The gym had three treadmills plus two stationary bikes. There was also an outdoor pool open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM. The pool area included twenty loungers with a shaded section.
