Decent Stay with Some Minor Issues

The hotel is in a good location, very close to trams (I loved them). It is a 10-minute walk to the MTR station. Cafes and restaurants are a short walk away, convenient.
The rooms were quite small. There was not much room to store suitcases (my biggest one barely fit). I found this inconvenient. There was no bar of soap at the sink.

the location was very convenient, near a seven/11 that is open 24/7. the staff was also nice (and very patient, i must say). it was generally a quiet stay.
the room was quite small. there were not enough sitting areas in it, not enough space for relaxation. there were no night activities nearby (but i knew it).
