Location good. Hotel showing its age

unhelpful staff limited notice

The fire alarm went off at 3 am . the front desk staff was not helpful when i complained afterwards. electricity was turned off for eight hours one day with limited notice. Hot water was also unavailable then. the experience felt amateurish and unprofessional, really.
