I found the services quite good and the staff very cute. The facilities were VERY clean. I especially appreciated the assistance from Mary and Nasir at reception. They addressed my needs quickly. My room featured a lovely canal view, which I found relaxing after a long day.
The parking situation was not ideal. The entrance and exit are quite narrow.

the attentive service from rajjak and jabbar made every meal special. their warm personalities enhanced the dining experience, and each dish was beautifully prepared.
i noticed the cups and water glasses in my room did not appear to be replaced daily. i suspected they were rinsed in the bathroom sink and reused. it raised some hygiene concerns for me.

Aidan, ivy and hilda were professional and helpful. i really liked rajjak and his team, jabbaz and lynda. They were pleasant and hospitable. i appreciate that the hotel has a pet-friendly concept, even though i didn't bring blanket, my cat.
the room didn't have many facilities? the hotel advertised free parking though they told me the parking was full when i arrived. i had to park far from the hotel and walk back!
