a reasonable stay, with some snags

attentive staff good food basic rooms poor arrangement

the staff were friendly. hilary kirui was attentive. i got good service, he was courteous. the food tasted good also.

the rooms are not very luxurious. the toilet and bathroom arrangement are also not great. it makes the room look basic. i wanted luxury.

delayed shuttle airport pickup

i found that the airport transfer was not as smooth as advertised. upon arrival, there was no one to meet me, a frustrating experience after a long flight. the wait for the shuttle was extended, causing unnecessary delays and a poor start to my stay. these issues need addressing to align with the hotel's promises.
