the hotel shuttle was convenient , i found it safe and cute.

i had some trouble with the room service , it took over 30 minutes to deliver ice , which was longer than i expected. the tea tray was also a bit disappointing. i think the hotel could improve its room service efficiency.

the restaurant dinner was super i thought. sylvia suggested yummy nasi goreng with garlic prawns and these were totally cooked perfect. elizabeth the intern gave such wonderful service i really enjoyed the meal so much.

i found some staff seemed to expect tips and their friendliness felt a bit less real if i didn't tip.
