the shuttle from the airport was very efficient, with a friendly driver. i found ample porters at the airport, and they showed me the way to the meeting pick-up point. the pillows were the best i've ever experienced. coffee at breakfast was amazing, really good.
the check-in process felt confusing, without clear indicators of where to stand. i found it difficult to know where to go. the room was a bit dull and old-fashioned, needing some updates.

the shuttle service was punctual (a real relief after a long flight). i was greeted warmly at reception. puseletso, the receptionist, arranged a birthday cake, a gesture i found thoughtful.
I noticed a missing towel rail by the wash basin. I hope they replace it soon.
