The hotel IS very close to the airport terminal. It has a filtered water station. This eliminates the need for many plastic bottles.
The restaurant kitchen service seemed SLOW. I waited a while for my food despite there being few customers.

i found it super easy to walk to the hotel directly from baggage claim, a big plus after a long flight, and returning to the airport for my next flight was just as simple. the buffet offered a fantastic variety of choices and was really satisfying. the hotel also has a convenient bridge connecting it directly to the airport, it was a smooth transition.
the room service ordering was a bit tricky, i couldn't find a clear number to call easily.

i encountered an issue with the television. many channels displayed fuzzy picture quality. this limited my entertainment options during my downtime.

I found the reception open 24/7. Very convenient. The location is also super convenient, it is a short walk from the airport terminal through the airport building. There was no need to cross busy roads.
The pillowcases seemed old. They were falling apart. I noticed hair all over the bathroom. It was not clean.

The breakfast began early, from 4:00 am. This was convenient for my early flight. i used the safe walkways connecting both international and domestic terminals. I found this very practical.

i walked right over from the airport terminal it was so easy! check-in moved fast and the super nice team. my room was really clean and the bed was comfy. breakfast had loads of choices and the team working there were so kind.
the tv channels were not great and i could not watch any cricket it was a fuzzy picture on most channels too.

the hotel's location is super convenient i could walk there easily from arrivals it was a short safe walk. my room was quite basic but at least it was clean. the restaurant had reasonable prices too with a good menu.
check-in was a bit of a letdown the staff weren't exactly friendly when i arrived. they gave me a twin room instead of the double i had booked originally that was annoying. the beds were old you could feel they sagged a bit in the middle.
