i found the rooms noisy. i could hear cars passing by outside. i also heard everything happening in the hallway and in neighboring rooms so the sound isolation was poor.

The food quality needs improvement. some staff members were not very accommodating! my colleague's request for a menu change was denied. the waitress said a substitution was impossible.
