The complimentary airport shuttle was easy to book and worked well. The pool was nice (it was relaxing after a long flight). The staff was friendly and eager to help. A good breakfast was included as well.

My room was noisy throughout the night due to transiting guests. The room design around the central courtyard seemed to amplify sounds. The morning wakeup call was not provided as requested.
