The shuttle from the airport arrived precisely on schedule (it was a huge relief after a long flight). The restaurant was very good, and breakfast was excellent. i especially liked the regular, free airport shuttle. It saved me money compared to taking a taxi to downtown hotels.

The check-in process took about 15 minutes. The reception staff member was constantly answering the phone. i felt that my personal details were not readily available, even though i had booked in advance.

Adequate stay. Some issues noticed

slow check-inbroken hairdryer

The check-in process was slow. the staff member seemed preoccupied with phone calls. It took 15 minutes. my details were also missing despite previous stays. basic restaurant questions went unanswered, and restaurant staff took a while to assist me. I found this unpleasant after my flight. the hairdryer in the room did not work. This was frustrating.
