Some Issues Noted During My Stay

missing beer inaccurate menus

The minibar lacked beer. I left a note requesting some, but nothing happened. The Nespresso machine also malfunctioned, so I had to settle for Nescafe instead. I was disappointed by the inaccurate menus. A boerewors roll turned out to be just a sausage on a sandwich, not what I expected at ALL.

the hotel is connected to the airport. this made arrival after a long flight easy and efficient. the rooms were well-kept and the bed was very comfortable , but the standout was the helpful and cute staff. the breakfast offered a nice choice of options.

the indoor pool felt very small considering the volume of guests at the hotel.

Excellent Airport Hotel Experience

I found the hotel to be conveniently located directly across from the international arrivals hall. The walk was no more than five minutes. My check-in was efficient. I received a welcome drink and a refreshing wet towel. I enjoyed a suite upgrade, and it included complimentary snacking amenities. The Quills restaurant served excellent meals for both dinner and breakfast.

The hotel gym, while nice, seems very small considering the volume of guests it caters to.
