the reception staff were very helpful during check in i secured a room change easily the room had a great view of lake burley griffin and parliament house the hotel's decor was quirky and funky i found it great value

the shower's water pressure was not great it impacted my overall experience the air conditioning in my room was not working effectively so i had to keep the balcony door open
