Really good stay in a prime location

great location friendly staff comfortable environment

I found the location really good, offering immediate access to key attractions. the staff was notably friendly. I observed them assisting guests with directions and recommendations. the room provided a very clean, comfortable environment. (i must admit i really enjoyed the elegant decor)

i noticed some noise from the nearby street at night. i recommend soundproofing for street facing rooms, as it could improve the quality of the overall stay. this was especially noticeable late in the evening.

the room included a nespresso machine and biscuits, a nice touch. the bathroom was clean and well maintained, it featured a tub. the rooms had pantone details that added to the design.

EXCELLENT stay!!!

great location friendly staff clean room

The location was AMAZING. I was only minutes from the Duomo and surrounded by very nice stores. The staff helped me a lot. They were super kind and friendly. The room was clean. It was also very comfortable and quiet.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective. I was quite warm during the day. I needed to ask for an extra towel.

lack of plugs ineffective air conditioning

the staff were helpful and kind. this was definitely a plus.

The room was not what i expected. there were not enough plugs available for charging my devices and the air conditioning did not work well. i needed to ask for a second bath towel. That was also annoying

dark room cramped bathroom

the room i had faced the galleria shops. this made it quite dark during the day. it was also rather noisy, especially in the evenings. a strong fragrance seemed to be used, perhaps to mask other smells.. i found the room small, and the bathroom felt especially cramped.

superb location helpful team convenient service

The location was superb. the reception team was helpful with directions. I appreciated this convenient service.

I noted a slight issue with the air conditioning system. It was not particularly effective during the hotter part of the day.
