I appreciated the selection of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. A lovely plaza was close. I found the proximity to a park to be a definite benefit. The staff allowed me to sit in the lobby after I checked out, which I thought was kind.

The room was a bit small for three people with luggage. It was hard to move around.

The room I had was quite small. There was barely enough room to move around with luggage. The Wi-Fi signal was also very weak in the room. This made it difficult to work (I had hoped to do some remote work from the hotel).

the hotel is in a great area. the staff was really helpful with directions. check-in was fast, and i got multiple keys for my rooms. the rooms had fresh towels and were cleaned every day, REALLY nice!

the room was a bit small, but it wasn't a big deal.

My double room was quite spacious and very nice and neat, a really nice surprise. It had tea and coffee facilities plus a good bathroom and shower. I could easily open my suitcase to pack, great.

The staff helped with a late check in, i received the key in a secure manner. the location is near naviglio grande. It contains many restaurants. it's easy to reach the duomo and other sites. the hotel is close to several tram stops right outside the door.

The room was a bit too small for three people. It was hard to move around with luggage on the floor.
