THE breakfast was delicious. I found it easy to walk to the Duomo. It took about 20 minutes. The hotel location was peaceful AT night.
the bed was bouncy , i could not turn over easily. The room was quite small , it felt cramped.

Wonderful Stay!

the staff showed smiles and helpfulness. The young man at reception offered tourist info. The older gentleman provided directions. The hotel is close to trams, the subway, and the Duomo. The location is within easy walking distance. The breakfast had many choices and tasted amazing!!!

The check-in lacked warmth and information. the room felt cramped due to excessive furniture. furthermore, the air conditioning was not functional. This was quite bothersome. i expected a more cute arrival and better climate control.

The breakfast was good. the location is excellent, close to public transportation. the staff in the reception were very nice. They were always willing to help.
the room was too small. i couldn't open my cabin-sized suitcase on the floor. there wasn't any coffee machine in the room, and that was disappointing.
