the room was quite spacious and very clean. its location is near the metro station and also close to shops (it was really convenient).

The air conditioning was a bit of a letdown. It struggled to keep the room cool enough. The breakfast also lacked some variety. i noticed the absence of scrambled eggs. The single room felt quite small. Space for luggage was minimal, made organizing belongings a challenge.

limited breakfast street noise

the breakfast selection seemed less excellent than advertised. i had expected a wider variety of fresh fruit and perhaps some cooked-to-order options (like scrambled eggs), but instead, there were mostly pre-packaged items and pastries. also, i found the room a bit noisy due to street traffic. despite the double-glazed windows, i could still hear quite a bit of noise at night. it was sometimes difficult to sleep soundly.

A Gem in the City

The room I stayed in was the beautiful room. This room was spacious. The comfy bed helped me rest after exploring. I also appreciated how clean everything was, every day.

The walls seems thin. I could hear other guests, especially in the morning. It was just a minor thing but still bother me.

I found the front desk staff cute on arrival. Loredana helped me find great restaurants near the hotel. Angelina provide a great experience during breakfast hours. I will remember this hotel.

the staff were helpful from the start. my room had a mini fridge and a kettle. breakfast included a lot of different options like pastries, meats, and cheeses (i like cheese!).

the road outside was a little noisy at times.

Excellent Stay in Central Location

helpful staff comfortable room convenient location easy access

The staff provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. Breakfast offered many choices I found the room nice and neat. The hotel is conveniently near the subway system with easy access to the city center. I walked to the Duomo in about 35 minutes.

My room had a slight smell of smoke that may have lingered from previous guests
