fantastic stay!

friendly staff convenient location room upgrade renovated room

the reception staff was so nice, being so friendly and helpful! my room was clean. the location was central, perfect for traveling to both the city center and the airport using the train. i even received a complimentary room upgrade and it felt newly renovated too. it surpassed the photos i had seen!

the elevator seemed quite small considering it is a certified hotel.

Fantastic Stay Near the Station

comfortable room amazing staff high recommendation

The room was really cool and comfortable! The staff was amazing and were great to. I would highly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The elevator felt small for such a well-known hotel. I also found the lack of natural light a bit disappointing, as the window shade blocked almost all sunlight.

The staff offered prompt assistance with luggage storage after check-in. They accommodated my need to store bags. The reception was efficient and helpful, and the team answered all questions, and gave instructions with courtesy. the service was friendly and very helpful.
