the staff was genuinely helpful with directions and recommendations, appreciated.

The room faced the canal and was loud at night. Even with the windows completely shut, street noise persisted until 2 or 3 am. the air conditioning was also ineffective. the room was too hot. I woke up at 3 am and was unable to adjust the temperature, it made sleeping difficult.

i loved the location, right in the heart of the lively Navigli area! the staff was fantastic and super helpful, especially with directions. the breakfast offered many healthy options and the coffee was AMAZING!!!

My room was a bit too warm. I couldn't seem to adjust the air conditioning properly. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable. i wish there was an easier way to control the temperature.
