The front desk staff were helpful. i found a tram stop right outside. It made getting to the city center simple (i bought tickets at the front desk!). the room was quiet because of the double glazing. i could use the television with my phone easily.

the location proved ideal. it was close to the train station, a real benefit for early departures. the team provided excellent service. giuseppe at the front desk stood out for his positive attitude and helpfulness.

The bar was closed during an evening. i wanted to get a drink there. It was not possible.

inconvenient gym hourscrowded breakfast area

I found a couple of things quite irritating . first, the gym hours were not convenient. It opened late and closed early, hindering my workout schedule. also, the breakfast area felt crowded (the layout wasn't ideal), and i sometimes struggled to find a free table during peak times. it was not enjoyable at all.
