i noticed the check-in process was somewhat cold upon both arrival and departure.

dated décordim lighting
the hotel presents itself as a five-star hotel, i found some aspects lacking. the breakfast selection, while adequate, didn't quite reach the level i anticipated for a hotel of this supposed caliber. furthermore, the room décor felt somewhat dated, particularly the heavy drapes and dark wood furniture. the lighting was dim, a modern touch would greatly enhance the ambiance.

I was really frustrated with the lack of attention to detail. the corners of the shower were black with wear and dirt i found this unacceptable. also, staffing seemed minimal. I waited ten minutes before someone opened the door for me close to midnight. this place is not worth five stars.

the staff were friendly and helpful during breakfast, and they offered good service.
the reception area had a moldy smell, probably because of the carpets. our room was big, but the furniture looked old. cleaning was not satisfactory so i was not happy.
