i found lovely tea and coffee facilities in my room, also cereal in the lounge. the shower was hot and functional and the heating worked very good. the location was great for see the centre. i think i'm be returning soon.

check in took a little long, i think. the room were a bit hot, and it wasn't the radiators.

the manager really did help me with my luggage, i was very relieved. cereal was available if i needed it, a nice touch. the staff was friendly too, a great addition to the hotel.

i had tea, coffee, and biscuits provided in my room, a wonderful thing after my travelling. there was also a fridge containing fresh water for the whole family. i thought this was very generous.

i could walk from the hotel to the shops with such ease, a real treat. the tower was a short walk, only ten minutes.

The room felt very clean (a detail I always appreciate) and also quite spacious. I also appreciated the bottled water and milk, a lovely touch to the room. I received good communication before arrival. The staff was very pleasant when I met them.

I noticed a very strong smell of cigarettes upon entering the triple room. The water in the shower turned cold after two people used it so someone had to go without a shower. It was not a good experience in December (the weather was awful).

The premises were super clean. The room offered tea, coffee, hot chocolate, bottled water, and biscuits. I found fresh milk upon my arrival. This was a kind gesture.

I had difficulty locating parking. I was directed to park on the road. This area has limited availability.
