Mayu was very helpful. She went out of her way to help me. The hotel was clean. It had no disturbances during sleeping hours.

The room was small. It felt a bit dated. The ceiling had a stain. I had to ask for towels because no one had been to the room.

the host were friendly. breakfast included warm boiled eggs and a good continental selection. towels in my room were nice and fluffy, i think it was a really nice touch.

The host was friendly. She always tried to help us. Our room had a TV plus a kettle. The shower was hot and good.

The litter bin wasn't emptied daily.
