I appreciated the central location. It's down a quiet lane off a busy street. I found the staff friendly and helpful with luggage. The rooms received daily cleaning, a definite plus.

Blackout curtains REALLY helped with sleep. I found the bed comfy. The AC worked well. It kept the room cool. A great hot water supply in the shower meant i could relax after a long day.

The reception desk operates 24/7. This is very convenient for late arrivals. I did notice that they stored luggage. I found the team helpful from reception to serving staff, they were very smiley.

The hotel is tucked away down a little alley. Ben Thanh Market, the Imperial Palace, and the Ho Chi Minh Museum were all within a short walk. I could easily access shops and restaurants, as they are close by.

a haven of kind smiles

the staff had a warmth about them, especially kelly at reception, her smile is magic. they gave us a welcome drink upon arrival, a sweet start to a lovely stay. the location is a dream down a quiet alley, the world fades away at night.
our room, while clean, was small, and we had a struggle getting around the bed. there wasnt space for a bedside cabinet, and , made things tricky with our suitcases.

I found the location excellent. The staff showed great friendliness, and the included breakfast was a welcome way to start the day. I especially enjoyed the fresh croissants. The breakfast selection overall showed good variety. Kelly, Daniel and Will were helpful. They assisted with travel bookings.
The small room lacked a window. The a/c was QUITE dated and noisy. I had to turn off the refrigerator. The noise was unpleasant.
