i stayed for a few nights and the staff WERE very helpful. The rooms felt spacious and were cleaned daily. Breakfast offered a HUGE selection of foods, a very good start to the day.

i stayed on the 23rd floor, it was very quiet. the swimming pool and spa were great spots for relaxation. sophie and all the staff were helpful and happy to assist with any request, i can't remember all their names, unfortunately.
during check-in, i encountered an issue because my credit card was stolen three months prior. i hope they can revise this policy .
