the staff was helpful.. they arranged an airport drop off on very short notice.

my room did not match pictures online at all. there was no window or daylight in the room. the room and very small bathroom had a thin glass wall separating it from the reception and breakfast area, so i heard other guests at all times.

i really loved the breakfast. there was tasty vietnamese soup with noodles. the fruit plate was also very good. the room included a soft bed and good air conditioning!

the staff displayed such kindness and efficiency i felt immediately at home. the room included a mini fridge stocked with complimentary bottled water a thoughtful touch. breakfast provided various options from banh mi eggs to pho complete with fresh cut fruit i enjoyed so much.

the room was small although acceptable for only a few nights stay.

fantastic STAY

fresh fruits central location

i liked the breakfast a lot. there was a variety of fresh fruits served every morning. the room was clean and spacious, it had everything i needed. the hotel is in a central location near the main street. i appreciate that the staff. they were helpful with everything. they were friendly and accommodating at all times.

the room i got initially had some basic things missing. it lacked a tv and a kettle. i got ANOTHER room with these items. the reasoning i got was families with children risk destroying them.

i was pleased to receive fruit upon arrival. the breakfast included a fruit platter. staff was helpful, they spoke english well. the location were great, close to attractions.

the street near the hotel was noisy at times. the room looked a little different from the photos online. the bathroom seemed a bit cramped to me.
