friendly staff great location clean pool

The staff was super friendly and helpful. the location was great with easy access to many attractions. breakfast was really delicious. I especially liked the fresh pho and pastries. the pool was an added bonus, a clean space to unwind after exploring.

The bathroom felt a bit cramped. More space in the shower would be very helpful.

the support staff including the bell boys, lobby, housekeeping, and dining room staff were all polite. they were good, going above and beyond to make us comfortable. i definitely felt welcomed here.

the location was acceptable for exploring many sites.

The walls were thin. I heard noises at all hours. the superior double city view room i booked felt much smaller than advertised online, and storage was a joke. (it seemed like i was living out of my suitcase.)

breakfast included several local options. the hotel offered free bottled water daily. my room did not have external noise. the location made walking to many sites easy.

the elevator sometimes had a long wait.
