the location was very convenient. a bus stop was right in front of the building (i found this quite useful). the staff were generally cute and helpful .
my room faced the back of the building (it was not ideal). i could hear chairs moving in the restaurant above me in the morning. the gym was a bit small and lacked variety in equipment.

the location have easy access to shops and eateries, is super central. breakfast each morning included various delicious options. the rooftop bar does show a lovely sight of the cathedral. it was nice they gave us a bottle of cava on arrival, such a sweet gesture.
the room was not big, it also have a window faces the street. we must kept the curtains closed all the time, or everyone could see us. no closet space in the room either.

My room was a lovely suite with a bathtub. Breakfast offered a large choice of options plus eggs prepared to order. The rooftop bar provides a lovely view of the bay. I found the location excellent and close to tourist areas.

Breakfast was delicious both mornings of my visit. I saw a fantastic selection of food at breakfast. The orange juice was the best I have ever tasted. I enjoyed the breakfast room overlooking the city.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff ensured my room remained super clean daily. One staff member gave us a complimentary bottle of cava on arrival. I was impressed by the personalized massage service.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They arranged an early breakfast for my guests and me upon request. The rooftop pool is very nice, and I wish I could have stayed longer. All staff, from the front desk to the restaurant, were really good and top notch.
Parking around the hotel is difficult because of the location. I suggest taking a taxi or Uber from the airport.
