fine decor really good service easy access

i stayed in the presidential suite. the decor was fine and quite spacious. the staff provided really good service, always willing to assist. the hotel's location allowed easy access to various attractions.

the lighting in the breakfast room felt slightly dim.

the hotel location was excellent and it was very easy to walk to all attractions.

the first room offered had steep steps. i think management needs a course in guest relations! it really affected my stay. they charged extra for a better room after the initial problem.
