The staff were amazing, I found nothing was too much trouble for them.

I was disappointed because the waste pipe from the sink leaked. This happened every time I ran water. We had to use the shower to wash our hands. there was no hand soap in the bathroom.

The location was great, directly adjacent to the promenade. The room offered lovely decor with clean appearance throughout, so it was excellent. I appreciated that the bed was very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. The free on-street parking near the hotel was convenient.

The bathroom had issues. The waste pipe from the sink leaked whenever water ran, thus I used the shower to wash hands. I think that the hand soap should be available.

Umbrellas were available for guest use. I saw that artwork displayed was tasteful. Decor throughout the hotel seemed lovely. The free on street parking was a bonus, so it helped a lot.

the family room accommodated my family comfortably. the room was ready early. the hosts greeted us with a smile. the family room had all the facilities we needed.

the key was faulty, so it took A while to get into the hotel.
